Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the total order amount.

Deliveries to islands are subject to an additional fixed charge of €10.

For shipments to San Marino and Vatican City, the recipient is responsible for paying any taxes and customs duties required by the regulations in force in the destination territory.

Some products may be offered with free shipping during specific periods. In this case, the entire order will be shipped free of charge.

Product delivery
Products can only be shipped and delivered to the following territories: Italy, including the islands, excluding the free zones of Livigno and Campione d’Italia; the Republic of San Marino; and Vatican City. Caffen S.r.l. will ship products exclusively to the delivery address specified in the order. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not accepted. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday; orders received on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Caffen S.r.l. will ship the products ordered by the Customer by courier to the specified address within 24–48 hours of receiving payment.

Delivery generally takes place within 4 working days.

The stated delivery times are indicative. The appointed courier will deliver during the course of the day. If the recipient is not available at the specified address, the courier will leave a missed-delivery notice containing a telephone number to arrange redelivery. The courier is responsible for delivery. Caffen S.r.l. undertakes to collect reports of missing or delayed deliveries through Customer Service and, where appropriate, to assist the Customer in protecting their rights under applicable law.
