Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal allows consumers to return purchased products to the seller and obtain reimbursement of the purchase price. It may be exercised within ten working days of receiving the product. The Customer must send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within that period to Caffen S.r.l. Customer Service, Via Giuseppe Meazza 39, 80026 Casoria (NA), clearly stating the consumer’s identification details, contract details and delivery date.
The required notice may also be sent by telegram to the same address within the same period. After verifying the conditions for withdrawal, Caffen S.r.l. Customer Service will contact the Customer and indicate where the substantially intact products must be returned within ten days from the date on which they were received. Product integrity is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
If the right is exercised in accordance with these rules, Caffen S.r.l. will refund the amount actually paid within thirty days of receiving the withdrawal notice, by crediting the Customer’s bank account or credit card. The refund does not include shipping costs, which remain entirely at the Customer’s expense.
